Debra A. Weiner
Debra has been helping individuals and institutional clients weather the most turbulent markets, navigate an evolving landscape, and focus on creating long-term financial visions for more than 35 years, including 34 years at Stifel and firms ultimately acquired by Stifel. She holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation and personally oversees approximately $600 million of her clients’ assets.
Debra is a member of the Stifel Chairman’s Council, which consisted of 240 of the firm’s top-producing financial advisors for 2023, who were recognized from among more than 2,300 Stifel financial advisors across the nation. She was also named to Forbes’ America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors list for 2020 and 2021, Forbes’ Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors list for 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. In addition, she was named to AdvisorHub’s “Advisors to Watch” list in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and was a recent panelist at the Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit in Palm Beach, Florida. She is also a founding member of Stifel’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), as well as a member of WIN’s Steering Committee. Her husband, David, a 35-plus year investment professional, joined her at Stifel in 2014 to form The Weiner Wealth Management Group.
Highly active in her faith and philanthropic community, Debra has served as the president of several large organizations. Some of which include the WJCouncil and chair of the UJA Federation of NY Westchester Business and Professional division, a global philanthropy helping people in need in the United States and around the world. She remains actively involved in both of these organizations in leadership roles.
Believing financial education to be essential, Debra has spoken at several public forums on various investment topics, including asset management and allocation, tax-advantaged investment strategies, and estate planning issues. Debra earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a lifelong resident of White Plains, where she lives with her husband, David. They have a grown daughter who graduated from University of Michigan and is working in New York City.
